CLIMBING TEAM
Let us introduce a Rock Empire Climbing Team. It consists of Czech Republic representatives from all climbing categories. The main goal of our climbers is to push the limits in climbing performance while cooperating on testing and developing new products for sport-oriented and mountain climbing activities. Thanks to this cooperation we are able to offer more reliable and more sophisticated equipment with even higher quality.
ONDRA BENEŠ
For more than ten years, Ondra has been devoting his time to almost all the different climbing disciplines. During the winter, you can find him with a bouldering crash pad on his back or climbing somewhere warm in the
world, and, over the summer, you can meet him on the sandstone cliffs in the Czech Republic or in the Alps. In his years of climbing, he has had many experiences and climbed many difficult routes from ones on Czech
sandstones to the big walls of the Alps and beyond. Together with Edita Vopatova, he offers courses in climbing - introducing participants to the beauty of climbing. Ondra is a versatile climber, who has completed over 500 routes greater than 8a, dozens of first ascents in the sandstones Xa – XIb, and development of more than 1500 bouldering routes in northern Bohemia up to the 8A difficulty.

MAREK HOLEČEK
For a long time Marek is the top Czech climber, who is signed under many difficult routes on sandstone and in mountains (Alps, Patagonia, Karakoram, Himalaya). Marek together with Jan Kreisinger was awarded Golden Piton for their first ascent on Meru Central (Filek’s ...).

EDITA VOPATOVÁ
Edita is a talented climber from North Bohemia, who started climbing early in her childhood in the Elbe Sandstone region. Sport climbing has become her life; she now spends a lot of time climbing around the world. Winters she spends training on indoor walls, and the rest of the year she is on the rocks. She has a number of nice climbs on rocks and success in competitions. At only 18 years old, she is already a well-regarded figure in the Czech climbing world.

TOMÁŠ SOBOTKA
Together with another team member, Ondra Beneš, is well known for many first ascents on sand stone in Elb canyon graded VI to XIb. He prefers RP and OS style. Tomáš is also an author of many first ascents in mountains.
