Rock Empire´s 1st Rock Session Rocked!

The 2nd weekend in November found our Rock Empire team at the climbing arena in Jablonec nad Nisou presenting our new line of harnesses and other merchandise for 2012. The Rock Session introduced Greek gods and a goddess: Titan, Arkas, and Calista – our new 2012 harnesses. The Rock Session visitors were the first to try the new harnesses and comment on their new and improved features.

In addition to the free climbing, the Rock Session offered a rich program, which all the visitors appreciated. Mára Holeček talked about his recent trip to Pakistan, Nanga Parabat, and Rupál wall. Tomáš Sobotka shared the history of climbing sandstones in the Elbe River Valley and Ondra Beneš talked about his recent trip to Yosemite National Park.

One of the many highlights was the “Thirsty Route,” a climbing route where all successful climbers received a coupon for a free soda or beer. Another popular attraction was the high line performances by Petr Kučera, Jakub Hanuš, Anička Kuchařová and Jakub Tomík, who did both static and dynamic tricks at a dizzying height of 13m.

A great time was had by all and Rock Empire staff would like to thank everyone who joined us for the day and helped with its preparation.
